In addition to helping students acquire basic knowledge for finding employment, self-analysis using the "Mandala Chart," interview guidance, and resume editing, we also hold employment seminars with registered support organizations and companies exclusively for our students, and support students all the way to finding employment.

At Human Academy Japanese Language School, I was blessed with wonderful teachers and classmates, and while studying Japanese, I talked about my dreams with international students from various countries and encouraged each other. This experience continues to this day, and I am still connected to my precious classmates. After graduating from a technical school for automobiles in Tokyo, I am now working as a truck mechanic, which was my dream. I put safety and security first, and work hard every day at my job.

Learning Japanese and more turned my dream into a job!
The classes at Human not only taught me the Japanese language, but I was also able to learn more about Japanese culture and ways of thinking. The classes for job hunting were practical, and I improved my vocabulary through discussions. I also learned about how to work in a Japanese workplace, and I am now able to apply that knowledge to my current job. I am currently working as a 3D modeler, creating game characters and doing CG-related work. I am able to create works based on my own ideas.

Influenced by my family, I became interested in Japan and decided to study abroad.
I chose Human Academy because I was attracted by its philosophy of "global human resource development" and its multinational environment. In particular, the topic-based discussion-style classes are useful in my current job. I am currently working as the president's secretary and in charge of market research for the international department at a company that deals with electronic medical records in the dental industry. In the future, I aim to become a manager who combines warmth and decisiveness like the current president. Living abroad can sometimes feel lonely, but by "focusing on the good things," I am able to make my days more fulfilling.

Career and employment counseling
Our school has a class teacher system for each semester, and supports students in their pursuit of higher education and employment, catering to their individual needs. For students who are unsure of their career path, we provide lectures on how to research the industry and companies, and support them in solving their worries about further education and employment. In addition, we regularly hold information sessions with school representatives and companies on campus, providing an opportunity to ask questions directly. Students can choose the path that best suits them while listening to real voices.

scholarship
HAJL International Student Support Scholarship
For students in the college preparatory course, the allowance is calculated based on the attendance rate, class attitude, and grades for the first half of the year in April, July, October, and January of each year, and payment is decided after an interview with the school principal.
*Eligible: Regular course international students who plan to remain enrolled for 6 months or more after receiving the grant *If you withdraw from the school within 6 months of receiving the grant, you will be required to refund a portion of the grant amount, regardless of the reason for withdrawal. The amount of the refund will vary depending on the number of days between the date of receipt and the date of withdrawal. Please contact the school staff for details.
*One student will be selected for every 400 students enrolled each semester and each school.
