Admission process
- STEP 01 Pre-enrollment interview
- We will provide you with advice regarding study abroad and procedures.
- STEP 02 Submit your application and pay the application fee
- You will be required to submit an application form and pay the application fee.
- STEP 03 Entrance Exam
- An interview will be conducted to check your Japanese language ability, motivation for applying, financial ability and character.
- STEP 04 Apply for status of residence and issue certificate
- Please submit the necessary documents to our school in order to submit your student status to the Japanese Immigration Bureau. We will apply for your status of residence on your behalf, and our staff will also collect the results of your status of residence.
- STEP 05Complete your enrollment procedures
- Please pay your tuition fees and textbook fees by the due date according to the instructions from our school.
- STEP 06 Class placement test
- You will be required to take an online test and a conversation placement test.
- STEP 07 Sending your Certificate of Eligibility
- We will send you the original or a copy of your Certificate of Eligibility (COE).
- STEP 08 Preparation for coming to Japan
- Please apply for a visa at the local Japanese embassy and then arrange for a place to live in Japan. We will introduce you to a real estate agency, so please make arrangements for your accommodation. After that, please make your own flight arrangements and come to Japan in time for the pre-enrollment orientation.
- STEP 09Orientation and classes
- Students will attend an orientation session at our school, and classes will begin on the day of enrollment.
